How to get private disability insurance coverage.

How to get Social Security Disability Income.
•
How to assert your rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
•
How to assert your rights under the Family and Medical Leave Act.
•
How to ensure that schools accommodate students with
chronic illnesses.

If we can't help you, we will try to direct you to an appropriate resource.
Advocacy for Patients with Chronic Illness, Inc. will provide advocacy services not including litigation. If your claim cannot be resolved without litigation, we will attempt to refer you to an attorney in your area to bring suit on
your behalf.
